  I walked in and stood at the counter. 3 women all looked and me and kept working. One was preparing pizzas and one was taking the delivery order. After standing there for 3 mins I said “Do I have to ask for help”. She then said are you picking up. I said yes and gave my name. She put the order on the counter and walked away with a smirk on her face. These women have horrible customer service and they absolutely don’t care. The pizzas were also poorly made and we didn’t even eat them. Never again.

  Zero stars given this Domino’s at 3641 Centerville hwy in Snellville doesn’t even deserve to be open serving customers, the staff is very unprofessional rude and combative. The night staff on this night working in the front all on their phone wearing ear buds , the women working was cussing very loudly when I asked my food be cooked a certain way I had to raise my voice multiple times to get their attention about my order. The women working became combative the guy making the pizza 2 hand punch the table and the guy in the back told us we should be happy we won they made our food how we wanted!! This store is absolutely a joke they refused to tell us who the manager was duty I will not be going back! Beware save yourself the hassle.

  Ordered at 1:51pm, tried to call to find out what was going on at 2:20pm, and was told they were short on drivers. Offered to pick it up and was told no and that we had to wait. I was told that if I was ok picking it up, I shouldn't have done a delivery order. Told them it was fine to just cancel the order; we're tired of waiting, and were told we were now banned and could no longer order there. All because they were behind and didn't want to allow me to come pick it up.

  Doesn't matter what happens i have been ordering delivery from this location FOR YEARS and they never not once fully got my order correct EVER BUT TODAY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE I order delivery pasta and a medium pizza and after a few minutes of waiting I see the tracker says my order is CANCELED I thought it was maybe a card issue so I call to find out the reason No answer I stayed on hold from home ALL THE WAY TO STORE ON HOLD I walked in and SHOWED THEM I WAS STILL ON HOLD I asked them why they canceled my order And she basically said their driver's get robbed and my neighborhood is dangerous AND no one wants to deliver to my neighborhood I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I had to DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE FOR THIS NONSENSE I PROMISE YOU MY NEIGHBORHOOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN QUIET AND SAFE SO WHAT IS SHE TALKING ABOUT ? I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE AND THEN I HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME ORDER AND I LOST MY POINTS Ive been getting delivery for so many years and now you refuse to deliver to my area like WHAT..? So I have to DRIVE UP HERE EVERY TIME AND THEY didnt try to fix the situation either This place just keeps going down
