  Had to ask the server for more portion as it was a small serving for what I was paying...buying 5 meals. No chips with the purchase and the brown rice needed to be cooked a little more.

  Burrito bowl was ok but the service was so hostile, I almost walked out. But I had already invested 20 minutes into waiting that at this point, I’m not bailing. The girl was so angry, mumbling the entire time and when I’d politely ask her to repeat what she said (while I’m genuinely apologizing for asking because it’s so chaotic), she’d repeat herself by screaming at me. Literally screaming. Chipotle, pay your workers more, they are clearly miserable, this is not on them, it’s on you as a company.

  Apparently you can’t order normal sized quesadillas in person here and it has to be done online 🙃. They will refuse to make it for you unless it is an online order. Btw, I was told this after they dropped my kids quesadilla on the floor and asked me if it was fine.

  I visited this location on April 3rd around 7:00 PM. Despite seeing about 7- 10 employees behind the counter—some of whom were more interested in their cell phones than the guests—the restaurant’s basic standards were non-existent. The restroom situation was particularly unacceptable. Not only was the ladies' room filthy with a broken door lock, but it was also completely out of toilet paper. I ended up having to use the brown paper towels provided at the sink—and let’s just say, Chipotle's napkins are softer than those. It was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy; my skin deserves a formal apology. To make matters worse, the food line was poorly maintained. The meat and beans looked like they had been sitting out for hours with no fresh replacements in sight. I’ve been here before and the service is usually "mid" at best, but today was a total failure in both hygiene and hospitality. I have photos of the dirty facilities and the "daydreaming" staff to back this up. Management needs to step in immediately.
