I ordered from DoorDash. My order was incorrect so I called the store. The first time I was hung up on so called back to a very dismissive and rude supervisor. Upon checking the rest of my order they threw a bunch of fat on my bowl. Presentation is everything when preparing orders, throwing a bunch of inedible fat on top of someone’s bowl is not a presentation that no one should encounter especially a special made order, do better

I had a great experience at cava I'm from miami I heard about cava from my kids
I give it a 10 great customer Saturday. (this comment is not true ,one of the staff take phone and made 5his comment at the ,for the buffet line was dirty,food debris everywhere, dining floor dirty swim not clean for months ,floor need to retile.please clean up the place my wife and I was sick with stomach bug sturday.
One son never been there.

The manager Frederick was really rude to my friend and I in line. The ladies working in the front were helping other people, and Frederick came out with a nasty attitude not asking how we were doing and demanding what we wanted, once he was done serving the rice he threw the bowl down the bar to the ladies and continued to next group of people. Jianna was apologetic for his behavior. Jianna was very polite and sweet even though he was giving them a hard time. Overall the food was amazing it was just Frederick’s attitude,

I’ve been coming here regularly because it’s one of the few quick, healthy options nearby, but my experience has been consistently affected by one employee, Frederick. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not, but each time I’ve interacted with him, he has come across as rude and dismissive, which takes away from the overall experience.
What’s more concerning is the way he speaks to and treats his coworkers it often feels disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness as a customer. I understand that working quickly is important in a fast-paced environment, but professionalism and basic respect should still be maintained.
I really enjoy the food here and want to keep supporting this place, but I hope management addresses this because it significantly impacts the atmosphere.

I typically dont leave reviews good or bad unless it's exceptional service or really terrible service that is unsettling to me because i hate writing all this out. So, here it is. I'm a new customer to CAVA. I"ve heard so much about it, my co workers eat it maybe once or 2x a week. I recently tried it this past Monday but I went to an Alpharetta location. It was good so I wanted to get it again. I had the intentions of getting it on Tuesday as well but didnt make it so I decided to get it today. I was thinking of CAVA food all day. I was so excited yet super tired so I zoned out while drive back to the Alpharetta store. When I realized there was a CAVA in Snellville near my home I made a u-turn and headed to the Snellville store on Scenic Hwy. Keep in mind I was about to go to the Alpharetta store but changed my mind to go to the Snellville store. When I got there I wasn't greeted. There were 3 to 4 young ladies up front. They all looked MISERABLE. Literally RBF no smiles. As Im next in line I requested a bowl.Now I will give credit to say the young lady that fixed my bowl then greeted me with a smile. Literally, most of the food is gone no additional food in the back no even half pots to finish the night/shift out. She had to scrape the container to get stuff out. Whatever so I get what I could. I circled back around to order a pita bread that will take 2secs to check me out. Mind you Im standing right there at the register. The young lady pointed at the door and said she had a guy coming in to pay. I assume he ordered online idk. He was walking in while im already at the register. Make it make sense. I was so disappointed in the service. I have no intentions on going back to this location but if I do I hope the next experience will be better.
