  I usually don’t write a review , but this time I’m going too . I’ve been a great customer to bonefish grill but from my experience from last night I will never visit this place again . We were party of 8 we ordered alot our food was not even room temperature the plate wax hot but the food wax not at all it looks like they made it before and re heat it . The prices went very high with poor quality now .

  Great food & great sweet service. I had a burger with special sauce & my sister had the fish sandwich. Hunter was our server & did a great job. Fast & accurate. Excellent service.

  Austin is absolutely exceptional. We have never had service this good anywhere. Every single time we come in, he goes above and beyond in a way that truly stands out. He is attentive, kind, professional, and makes us feel like valued guests from the moment we sit down. The experience is always so much better when Austin is working, and honestly, we will only come in when he is here because the service he gives is that incredible. He does not just do his job well, he completely elevates the entire dining experience. Austin is the reason we keep coming back, and he deserves every bit of this 5 star review. He is truly one of a kind.

  This location is our favorite spot to wind down at after a hard week at work Their all day happy hour specials are really good and the Food & Beverage service you get at the bar from Daniel especially is truly unmatched! Weather ordering appetizers, bar bites or a complete entree, we know that the Managers Elizabeth and James are going to make sure that whatever comes out of that kitchen is RIGHT!!! Everyone at this location is so friendly, accommodating and committed to excellent customer service and that is evidence of great leadership & effective management. Keep up the great work! This is definitely our FAVORITE location!!!!

  Today, was an unfortunate reality check for me, because I sat down at the bar, had to ask to place order. Older Caucasian lady came in, they ask what she would like, as soon as she sat down, and brought her bread and pesto.....while I was still waiting on mine?🤔 And, surprise, surprise.....I am an 55 year old, black male.
