  No senior citizen doscount or meal after asking- wanted to order something off sign and was told it was discontinued... gracious but slow

  We usually come here on Sunday after church for about two years now. Recently, we have noticed the staff are less courteous. We know it’s a training center so we are patient as we place our order. However, a smile and friendly goes a long way and we haven’t been receiving that lately. They’re always good about getting our food to us and are always willing to correct any inaccuracies. One thing we have noticed is that the coffee and sweet tea is no longer available by the beverage station it’s given to you from behind the counter. Today we went in and noticed all the booths needed to be wiped down, so we alerted staff and as we left they still did not come to wipe them down. While I was in the restroom with our young daughter my husband mentioned how the staff was loudly cursing without consideration to the patrons in the dining area. Also, my husband has mentioned the soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom has fallen off the wall and no way to wash hands, so that raises concerns of proper hand washing for staff when handling food. It’s sad because this use to be a great location , but it’s starting to go downhill and we will probably be looking for another after church meal location after this visit.

  This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Bojangles. I went to place my order and was advised by the Manager (Alex) that they were not preparing in more chicken because it’s close to closing time however the restaurant is still open and doesn’t close until the next 15 minutes. Alex the manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I advised him that I was going to voice this issue via survey, he stated that he was the Manager and he doesn’t care. This was not a good look. Please don’t spend your money here. Alex the Manager don’t care. The time was 9:15 pm on Friday the 27th In case the manager provided the wrong name. Next post will be on social media
