    I wasn't expecting the roast beef double with cheddar to be that got dayum good why nobody told me about this place and the peice was great

    My family was honored to receive great customer service from Rashaad at the Scenic Hwy location. He gave exceptional service during the slowest part of the day. That's genuine service that's hard to come by. Thank you Rashaad!

    The food felt like it was warmed up by the microwave in a rush since the meals and fries were still a bit cold. I understand Arby's is not a luxury place to eat, but please have some more self-respect, especially for the price point. If a job sucks, please do not stay there. Look into other alternatives like DoorDash, life agent, stocking shelves at Walmart, etc. Best of luck!

    I went ate today with a friend. I wanted to try the Italian beef dip sandwich. When I ordered it, the woman at the counter told me that I could not because it had been discontinued. If you look at the picture, I posted below the Italian beef dip sandwich Is the largest thing on their menu board. It was literally on the menu board giant graphics above her head. Sadly, I could not order it. So I ordered the French dip sandwich along with curly fries and a drink. The woman sat there for five minutes, trying to ring up my French dip sandwich, curly fries, and a drink. She asked if it was her here or to go. I said it was here. Then she took my friend’s order then she asked him if it was for here or to go although we were on the same ticket. He also ordered curly fries with his meal. When the food came out, we had one curly fry, and the other fries was crinkle and curly fries mixed in one. I had to take it back to the counter to get it exchanged. The food took forever to come out, although they were not very busy. I will say that once we got the right food it was OK. My French dip sandwich was very much lacking in meat. I’ve ordered this several times at Other locations and I know what it usually comes with . On a positive note, this might be the cleanest Arby’s I’ve ever seen. The food wasn’t bad. Just my sandwich was lacking in meat and they gave me the wrong fries at first. I would say the service was horrible. The woman really is bad at her job.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier working the drive-through was extremely rude and unprofessional while taking my order. Her tone was very dry and rough, and it honestly felt like she did not want to take the order at all. Customer service should never make a customer feel like they are a burden. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression, and because of the way I was treated, I will not be visiting this location again. I truly hope management addresses this issue and reminds staff that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way when interacting with customers. If you want, I can also make you a shorter version (more direct and stronger) that tends to get management’s attention faster.
