  To the girl at the counter: Do not judge a book by its cover. Beauty is skin deep. It can only take you so far. Brains win the whole war. If a customer who spends a few bucks on a teeny tiny nugget can get a sauce , a customer who spent 35 bucks on a baconator double meal and 8 chicken burgers definitely deserves a sauce without paying for it. To show an attitude to someone who spent so much that it’s 50 cents for a sauce with so much arrogance is unwise. To Arnett: Thanks for trying to smooth it over. From the rest of the reviews, looks like I am not the only one who felt why am I getting so much attitude. No one is eating for free 🤷‍♀️. Just a bad experience.

  Manager Chris (female) is rude. Rushed me when putting my order in today. Horrible customer service. I felt very uncomfortable with her energy. Essentially, I was afraid to speak.

  The customer service at this location is horrible. My order was incorrect and my food made poorly. I should have just went to the Chick fi A next door.

  Mac is the man! His customer service is great and is always helpful. I literally only come to this location because of him. You’re the man Mac!!
