    Had the worse experience from Aiden A tonight. We go all the time and we’ve never had a bad experience. We ate our food and I ordered an additional kids pizza to go for my child at home. She then advised me that pizza won’t be free and wanted to make sure I knew I was paying for it. I told her yes , I can afford to pay for it. I guess she was unsure if I could afford it because I am brown ? Not sure. Then , we let her know our birthdays had just passed on December 20th. She advised that they only do free desserts on the day of. This was the only day we were able to get off of work and get together for our birthdays only to be told she wouldn’t do anything. Very shocking service from one of our favorite places. Please do better.

    The atmosphere was perfect! The service was great! The food missed the mark by a long shot. I ordered the chicken parm. Others in my group ordered lasagna, pizzas, calzones, etc. I was there with a large group. The food was bland, at best. But we had a great time enjoying one another. I guess the beer was good. I don't drink but people in the group had several. We had the patio reserved so there was no wait to get in. Again, the servers were great and handled our large group of over 20 with ease.

    Great place and in-restaurant service is wonderful. Maybe I went there on a bad day but I had to wait awhile for opportunity to place a to-go order.
