  I entered the store at 9:40 20 mintues before closing and the indian gentlmen behind the counter refused to serve me stating thery were closed even though the door was still open and the food still clearly laid out he refused to make a sandwich and said accord to there clock there closed mind you i watched some one litery walk right before i walked in the store he was super rude

  I placed an online order today and scheduled it for about 3h from the time I planned to pick-up my order. Never had an issue until today. As soon as I placed the order it set the pickup time to ASAP for 1150 when I scheduled pickup for 1430!! O called the location 4 times and the phone keeps going straight to the out of service voice thing or whatever it's called. My order is currently being made and I have no way of asking them to not make the order until 1415. Meaning, it's going to be sitting there for 3h getting soggy.... Update: Just tried to call one more time and the phone didn't even ring. It just said call failed. Can you all please update the number? I go to this location a lot and literally never had an issue until today. Not being able to get in contact with anyone ahead of time if there happens to be a mistake made is genuinely unfair and aggravating.

  Staff was so rude. I asked for some sauce for filling as I forgot in my order and she denied me to give anything

  I’m pregnant and today is my birthday! i Asked if they could do a little special something because subway was the only thing i wanted all day and they gave me a cute note and an extra cookie! I Appreciate them so much just made my whole day, thank you!

  I placed order by mistake at this location. I want to cancel the order before they even begin to make my sandwiches. So it doesn’t go to waste. But their phone doesn’t work. I made 10-15 calls to get refund. They are trying to play the card of we never called. That’s not fair. Update your number right now. I am getting to store to get refund. Once I am back in town. Or message me to get this resolved over a call. This is their num we online. Just so they don’t change it in mean time.
