I’m not sure if it’s a portion policy or what like Chipotle but that’s crazy. I got through half my sub and I can’t NOT be upset. It’s literal 5-6 pieces of chicken on one side, no toppings whatsoever. Anyone would expect exactly what they pay for.

We then started calling out to see if they were in the back and no one answered. Went down the hallway where the bathrooms are at and no one was in the bathroom. Yelled out again and no response. We walked outside and around back there was a heavily tattooed white lady talking to someone in a car. She asked my husband in a rude manner if he was trying to order. He said we were, but no one was in the store and we had been in there for 10 minutes by that time calling out. She said there was supposed to be another girl in the store. This lady was very annoyed and her whole demeanor was off putting. She didn't apologize for our wait or no one in the store. We left and went to the Subway on Concord to order. Ridiculous.
