The team here is incredibly friendly, and their leader, Heather, is exceptional. She provided an outstanding customer experience despite a minor inconvenience (our pizza was cut wrong). I thoroughly enjoy this location, the fantastic team, and Heather’s exceptional service!

I want to give special recognition to a young lady named Lexi at this location. She had one above and beyond when a mistake was made on my order, and I believe she has unbelievably good customer service and a future in whatever she chooses to pursue. Because of people like her, Papa John’s will continue to earn my business

I'm not sure if it's **how** I order here, or if some of these reviews are unjustified, so here's how I get the best service:
(1) Order delivery directly from the app. Not another service, because you'll be punished
(2) Expect them to be chronically understaffed, so your pie will typically take an hour, regardless of estimate from the app
(3) Tip the delivery person in app, at least 20%
(4) Order an atypical pie (we get small pizzas for instance with clean cut), but don't choose the basic pies, like typical large cheese, large pepperoni, etc. because they won't be made fresh. That helps them with their chronic understaffing issue
(5) BEST time to order is right before they leave at around 11:30pm, because they are most likely to make it fresh AND to make it right, as they are on their way out (and happiest).
Every time, my pizza is actually really good; better than at least half of the places nearby listed as "fine pizza" establishments, so take that for whatever it's worth. Just be more empathetic with people who aren't being paid enough to care about your food. Think about where they are coming from or how they might do business, to then work the "life hacks" above in your favor. Not rocket science.

If you like your pizza soggy, this is your place. Couldn't pick it up from the box without a spatula. Eating it by hand without utensils? Good luck. If wet undercooked dough is your jam then this might be your spot . For me it's a nope. 👎
