When I asked for a Jin or Jaret, managers that typically assist me, he then was ready to take my order, but rudely put me a hold without saying anything and came back to the line and said that he would have somebody to take my order. A young lady got on the phone to take my order and was very rude. She obviously needs some coaching when it comes to customer service. When I asked to speak with the manager, Howard completely defended her actions and made every possible excuse for. Even after telling him, my wife and father could overhear her rude behavior, he insisted that she’s very professional. I will never order again from this location.
