She kept the lines long by placing everyone in line on long holds and not coming back to take orders causing customers to drive up and place orders at window then had an attitude about that as if she didn’t leave people waiting. Smirked instead of apologized throughout conversation. Manager had an attitude because she seemed overworked. Very poor service even for fast food.
