I am a frequent Jimmy John’s customer. I’m also the owner of several franchises. I would have to say that the customer service at this location is top-notch and a great place to enjoy lunch or pick up sandwiches for meals for your family. The bathrooms were clean, so was the building for a food establishment; this is above average. I highly recommend this location. Let me not forget the courtesy and professionalism of the workers. This owner has a good team.

Workers are unresponsive and unfriendly. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response and took honking at the window twice to get them to take my order…and then took 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches when the inside was closed…not freaky fast

Sandwich was much smaller portion than I expected for the price. Could have gotten a chicken sandwich meal at chic filet for much less. Guess you pay for convenience - in and out in a jiffy.
