Horrible service from manger Rodney. Placed a call in order on 2/25. When picking up my order the worker called my name twice and handed me someone else’s order. I get home, see that it’s something I can’t even attempt to eat, and call back. Initially I am told I would have to return same day for remake. I ask to speak to a manager (Rodney) and explain I am too far away and how it is a huge inconvenience to not receive what I paid for. He offers that I probably picked up the wrong bag which is completely false. After too much back and forth, he finally agrees to let me pick up a refund “as long as I don’t wait too long”. The next time I’m in the area 3/1 I call ahead to make sure he was there but when I show up, I get a million excuses as to why he can’t give me a full refund and offers gift cards instead. After way too much back and forth again I FINALLY get a refund which in no way compensated me for the inconvenience. I will NOT be back!

Came in tonight 2/28 at 8:30pm. I ordered jalapeños on my burger and thankfully we were dining in because when I got my burger there were no jalapeños on it. I went to the counter and stated that the jalapeños were missing thinking it was a simple oversight and I’d take them on the side. The kid tells me “oh we gotta cut some in the back”
I’m sorry but you all don’t close until 11pm. There shouldn’t be anything missing on the line with nearly 3 hours left in service unless you are physically out of it in the building, and if that is the case it should be communicated to the guest upon ordering. That wasn’t the case here. The case here was laziness. Laziness is not how you run a business

Ok Burger, Nice employees they were having fun 7 employees (no customers in restaurant) for 2 bugers and 2 fries...RIDICULOUS PRICES 🤣 2 Burgers 2 Fries and I gave a 20% Tip..... for why ..I am not sure...LoL I tipped so they would do THEIR JOB well $56
I think next time I will go to Texas Roadhouse grill and sit down and be waited on by friendly professional staff and have 2 12oz NY Strips 2 sides ea steak and 2 baskets of bread and 2 cokes for the Exactly the Same Amount of Money $56🤣🤣
Maybe when the Robots replace employees 5guys can sell 2 Burgers and 2fries for what they are worth about $20
Man, I am glad I dont own a Franchise 🤣🤣🤣 Good luck...the math doesn't work. LoL

The absolute worse experience- I arrived at 7pm to locked doors, chaos, and rude staff- they had a promotion and apparently forgot to alert the staff- they were not taking any more orders in store at 7pm - I asked if I could place and order online and she rudely said I wouldn’t get the food - I drove to a different location and the code didn’t work but they were nicer

I can’t tell you how many times I walk into a restaurant and am met with poor attitudes and no greeting. That was not the case here.
Rodney, the associate who helped us, completely changed the experience. Even though the store was busy, he greeted us right away with a smile. When I asked how his day was going, he honestly said it had been crazy, yet he still showed up with great energy and excellent customer service.
That kind of attitude makes a difference. Rodney deserves a raise… or at least make him a shift manager, LOL.
Because of him, this visit stood out in the best way.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
