  I always go inside and watch them make my order so its correct. Fresh, delicious meats, veggies, beans, and side items. Love the new high protein menu. You can order an extra side of meat too. This chain serves natural ingredients, not processed foods.

  Staff does not pay attention. Try to rush you out at the door without paying attention to how they make your meals and what you want worst location ever this is two minutes from my house, but I would rather drive 20 minutes to a different chipotle for better service the ladies have attitudes & the kitchen is always dirty. Definitely would rather go to the one in Mableton instead way better service there

  i ordered a burrito with chicken & extra chicken. i cut my burrito in half & bite one side & it was filled with just rice. no extra chicken in site. i called the store to try to get an understanding on what happened & no answer. this is unacceptable. hopefully someone can reach out after i leave this review! do better !

  On January 25, 2026, I ordered three double high-protein chicken burritos and was satisfied with the order. Based on that experience, I placed the same order again on February 14, 2026. However, one of the burritos was incorrectly prepared and filled with black beans instead of chicken. I discovered the mistake after returning home and was unable to come back to the store. I expect this issue to be addressed and a replacement for the incorrect burrito provided.

  We ordered our food for pickup. The app stated the food would be ready by 12:20pm. I arrived at 12:25 giving them an extra 5 min just in case. I pull into the establishment with the drive thru wrapped around the building and the line inside almost going out the door. I understand chipotle is usually busy. The drive through line didn’t move for almost 5 min, so I decided to just pick it up inside. (It was raining, so I wanted to stay inside my car if I could). The inside was just as slow. It seemed very chaotic and understaffed. There were probably 7 people waiting to pick up and then of course the regular line. I felt bad for the workers. I waited over 40 min for my pick up order. Missed my lunch break window and was late going back. But I had already paid. When it was finally ready, when I took it back my coworkers order was incorrect. They didn’t offer any apologies or maybe just like a free bag of chips for the wait/inconvenience. I will be avoiding this chipotle establish. Especially for work lunches.
