Restaurant constantly has an issue , this morning the AI drive thru offered me a Triple double breakfast biscuit. The employee on the headset was confused and didn't know what it was , safe to say i will never eat here again.

I want to bring to your attention a series of issues I experienced with the morning crew on February 17, 2026. Unfortunately, most of the staff, excluding the manager, displayed passive-aggressive attitudes and rudeness without any apparent reason. Additionally, I encountered multiple problems during my visit. After ordering at the drive-thru and eating in my car, I discovered that my sweet potato pie contained a long hair with split ends baked into the top. When I went inside to get it exchanged, the staff member with the gravy bag, as well as the girl working the drive-thru, looked at me several times and continued to work and talk amongst themselves—laughing and joking as if I wasn't even there. They didn't acknowledge me or ask me to wait. There were also other employees in the back who appeared to be ignoring me or possibly deliberately not recognizing my presence, which felt like they were baiting me to become upset. They also ignored the machine technician standing behind me, waiting to be acknowledged so he could access the back and work on the cooking equipment. I had to lean over the counter and gesture to get their attention, as I was tired of waiting. After about 3-4 minutes, the manager came from somewhere—possibly from her break—and acknowledged me. I took the opportunity to inform her about the employees' poor attitudes, and she understood exactly what I was explaining. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the customer service standards that should be upheld. I also believe I should not have to pay for an order when I was treated so dismissively and received a defective product. I am requesting a full refund for my order. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues, as they negatively impact the customer experience and the reputation of your establishment. Thank you.

I went through the drive thru. Im personally not a fan of the automotive speaker, but it does the job I guess. I ordered for my office, so it was a few biscuits. My experience was okay until I got to the window. The person at the window was so lifeless. No "good morning" or "how are you today?". The food was good tho. 1st time trying Bojangles.
