- MJMr. Julien1 day ago4.0I gave up on Arby's. The customer service has really fallen off over the years. I bit the bullet and stopped at one I think off of ATL Rd? Was in or close to Smyrna by a couple motels where you drove in from the back. Anyway they made my curly fries hot as requested and made my brisket sandwich as I requested although Arby's doesn't give the generous portions anymore on their roast beef sandwiches. I might go back again (my first time in 3 yrs)

- NDNicole DixJan 12, 20261.0I went to Arby’s on south cobb Saturday night 1/10/26. I ordered Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich for me and order big 3 for my child!! Mind you i had to be pulled up to wait on my food all for me to get home and my food looked like something you will serve a dog!! Per slop nasty. The fact the cook or whomever fixed my food a gave it to me looking how it looked says a lot about customer service and management! Now on time manger he was little nice but to solve the issue he should’ve comp my meal on top of a refund after wasting my time!! It was either refund or something. He personally should’ve went to remake my fish sandwich but no. So therefor i was left upset and hungry! Do better please this is unacceptable!!!!!!
