  Hello there I'm a frequent of Chipotle on South Cobb drive. There is this worker that always greet me with a warm greeting and smile. His name is Harry!!! He doesn't know that I observe him while I'm waiting for my meal. Harry stands out separately from the team, he is always taking initiative to do what others doesn't. Harry assist his teammates if need without them asking. Harry is definitely manager or team leader material. I do not know him personally but I always let him know what great job he is always displaying, which I think it's his authentic self . Harry I hope u can get a raise or recognition at some point . I will continue to visit this Chipotle, because of Harry. If u make Harry a manager I'm pretty sure that all his shifts will run very smoothly. Great Job Harry

  I placed a pickup order today 04/26 and it was made wrong—not once, but twice, even after bringing it back to be remade. Around 4:30pm, the black cashier pulled a lid from the trash and tried to argue my order said “extra medium,” when it clearly said “extra medium corn.” When I corrected her, she asked why I was “getting loud” instead of acknowledging the mistake. Then they refused to remake it again and refused to refund my money. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

  One of the only chipotle’s that always gets my order right. The young man who works here with braids is super nice. The ladies had a less than stellar attitude after giving me another person’s order. But the food is great.

  Today was my first time eating at any Chipotle restaurant. Remi gave me a tasting cup of the Chicken Al Pastor to let me decide if I would enjoy that flavor. I was blown away with the nice blend of spices and herbs, and the wonderful tang from the lime. She also gave me a bag of chips on the house to "give me the full experience." 10/10 Service and Food. I will definitely be back to this location again the next time i'm here.

  I was disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. I noticed the employee gave other customers generous portions of protein without charging extra, but when it was my turn, I received a smaller portion and was told I’d have to pay more for additional protein. Consistency and fairness in portion sizes should apply to all customers.
