I stood in line patiently for 17 minutes while other customers came and left because no one was helping us. The employees saw us but never approached, not even to say “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” Their attitude made it seem like they were wondering why we were even there. Very bad experience. The owners must be doing very well to continue operating with staff who show little interest in providing good service or improving the customer experience.

On top of that, you can't even contact anyone about getting a refund or even getting a credit to get the order made correctly. It's a waste of money all across the board.

Instead, I was turned away at the speaker because the shift lead didn’t want to fulfill the order. That’s unacceptable. What makes it worse is I immediately went to another Bojangles location with the same closing time, and they completed my exact order with no issue, quickly and respectfully. There’s no excuse for refusing a standard menu order over an hour before closing. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with employees bringing personal attitude or laziness into their job. Do better.
