I am so tired of getting horrible service at these chain restaurants. I get it that this is a beginner job, but who is doing the hiring? These workers, if you can call them that, are the most apathetic and rude people. You get what you pay for, but with things the way they are I will be making the extra effort to go somewhere that may take longer but I don’t have to interface with the incompetent and depressing face of the current workforce at these establishments. I travel all over the country and I see fast food chains closing down all the time. Some in great locations! Just like this Wendy’s on the border of Sharpsburg and Peachtree City. The natural course of things will take care of these places. The management is to blame though. I eagerly await the next business that will fill that great location with products, services and staff that create a better community.

Ordered baconators and got teeny tiny patties that we had to wait for them to be cooked...they weren't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Always check before you get home!

This Wendy’s never fails… to disappoint. My order has been wrong the last five visits — missing fries, missing drinks, wrong items, rude attitude. I honestly feel like I annoy them just by pulling into the drive-thru. Clearly this is the norm here.
At least this time I double checked my order and asked for the missing fries… they gave me a half empty medium fry.

Horrible customer service will not be returning drive-through lady was very rude. Shoved my food in my face and said “what do you want on your burger” very unpleasant. Called to let Manager know she seems like she’s enforcing it didn’t give a damn
