However, since I stumbled on this hidden gem, I’ve been a regular customer due to the consistency of the coffee quality but most importantly the highest level of customer service you will ever find, thanks to the barista’s Kato, Mckenzie, Jaden and Salem. Those guys are awesome!

Always forgetting items in the order or refusing the check the mobile order ticket to see what items are needed/what type of donut is ordered. If I wanted to place an order at the box or window, I would but I don’t which is why I do a mobile order but at this location, it defeats the purpose completely because they’re so incompetent.

I had already prepaid on the app for pick up, and they asked me to contact corporate for a refund. I reached out to corporate after waiting 1 hour on the phone for the refund and they told me to wait on the store to call me. It has been 10 days and still no movement on getting a refund. It seems like the manager knows most people would not keep following up with a refund. Do not come here.
