  This is the 2nd time I've had the same issue at this location. I order a pizza with extra sauce & not only does it not have extra sauce, it has almost zero sauce at all, but is loaded with toppings?? I thought toppings cost more than sauce so one would think if anything they would give the extra sauce & skimp on the toppings. The 1st time it happened it was on a personal pizza I ordered, the smallest pizza available. How they couldn't manage extra sauce on a personal pizza I can't understand. The manager was kind when I called to complain & offered me a free pizza on my next visit. This time I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce & paid $10 extra in delivery fees & tips to have it delivered only to have the same thing happen...not only was there not extra sauce, there was almost none! At this point I think they do this intentionally there just to mess with people for putting extra requests. This time when I called, a woman associate rudely tells me she made the pizza & put a scoop & a half & that is extra. She does not apologize once. She then says if I bring it back she will make me a new one. Why did I pay for delivery then?? So I say, "Okay, let me just load up my baby & 9 year old & come on over because this is ridiculous!" Yes, I am very upset at this point but I just paid $30 for a pizza that I want to be able to enjoy but can't now & the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I could tell by the look on her face she was surprised I actually came & brought the pizza back. I will admit though she had the pizza ready. And said this time she put 2 full scoops instead of a scoop and a half! Why she thought an extra half of a scoop would fix almost no sauce to extra sauce...I have no idea. I still proceeded to show her the 1st pizza by peeling back the chees on multiple pieces showing that there is basically no sauce. I told her I would rather be charged extra for the extra sauce & actually have extra sauce than have to go through all of this when the reason I ordered delivery was so I didn't have to load my kids up to come up here & pick the pizza up! She then told me next time to put "extra extra extra sauce" in the special requests area. Then she complained about her manager not showing up that day so she had to work a double & then said she would have had her delivery driver bring the new pizza out to us. No you weren't or you would have offered that on the phone. Why are y'all bogarting sauce? Surely Pizza Hut is not that strict on sauce portions! Still, I get home & yes there is only slightly more sauce on this pizza than the 1st. At this point I have lost my appetite & don't even want the pizza now. I will not order from here ever again. There is a Papa Johns in PTC with better quality pizza, extra sauce & better customer service.

  I am currently waiting for my pizza which was supposed to be ready almost 30 minutes ago. It was also, only ONE pizza not a huge order. This is also two Fridays in a row this has happened to me. Last Friday I did not get my pizza order until over 45 minutes after I ordered it and I gave them ample time before arriving. I still stood in the store for 30 minutes. Things have GOT to get changed, because when they first opened it was running great and the orders came out quick. You risk getting to eat dinner on time if you don’t plan correctly.

  Don’t order from here. I placed an order through the app and I come to the location for it to be closed still. Clearly says 10am on the window and on the app and it’s 10:40am. I waited until 11 to get told that my order was canceled. Waste of time

  I waited in the front for over 20 mins before I was greeted. 3 ppl were working in the back. One was on her personal cellphone device, and you could hear her full conversation in the lobby. The person getting the pizza out the oven finally acknowledged me. My food was great though. Just needs better customer service

  Live nearby and keep coming back trying it like a bad relationship. Food arrived 40 minutes past when it said it was delivered. Our thin crust pizza was burned and let’s just say extra extra crispy. I called 3x to check on the order but no one ever answered then I called to fake place a new order and they of course answered only to transfer me to a supervisor who never answered. This has been one of our better experiences. If they served alcohol I’d expect to see Jon Taffer there one day soon. Is this owned by the same people who own the McDonald’s? I’d rather poke myself in the eye with a stick then eat at either of these places
