  I waited in the front for over 20 mins before I was greeted. 3 ppl were working in the back. One was on her personal cellphone device, and you could hear her full conversation in the lobby. The person getting the pizza out the oven finally acknowledged me. My food was great though. Just needs better customer service

  Live nearby and keep coming back trying it like a bad relationship. Food arrived 40 minutes past when it said it was delivered. Our thin crust pizza was burned and let’s just say extra extra crispy. I called 3x to check on the order but no one ever answered then I called to fake place a new order and they of course answered only to transfer me to a supervisor who never answered. This has been one of our better experiences. If they served alcohol I’d expect to see Jon Taffer there one day soon. Is this owned by the same people who own the McDonald’s? I’d rather poke myself in the eye with a stick then eat at either of these places

  I do a mobile order that says is ready at 6:52 PM, but I’m waiting in the store until 7:34 . Not only that but I’m seeing people get their food who ordered after me before me. Not to mention they “ran out of bread sticks” but instead of letting people know or changing the app. They just try to serve pan dough as a substitute, without telling the customers. I became aware of this when a lady made a comment about what was served to her. To top off this whole experience the reason my food took so long was my order was never even made. Why? They dropped my order on the floor and only noticed that I hadn’t been served when I was the only customer in there. I can it doesn’t take much to out pizza this Pizza Hut.

  I want this Pizza Hut to be good. I truly do! It is not far from my house, but time and time again it SERIOUSLY disappoints! The customer service is consistently terrible. The website with the times for the pizza to be ready is off...way off. Our pizza was done almost an hour after it was slated to be done. There were at least 15 people waiting for their pizza when we arrived, and about 40 in the que. We were number 26, and we arrived 30 minutes AFTER our pizza was supposed to be done. People were leaving left and right. Unreal! And to top it off, the pizza was warm at best when we got it and was honestly not that great. Pizza Hut, please do better!!

  My initial interaction with the staff here is horrible. I avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs.
