I placed a mobile order and two of the items weren’t available — which was fine — but the attitude I received at the window was not. When I politely asked if they could simply refund the unavailable items, I was told “you’re out of luck” and that I couldn’t get my money back. When I asked for a manager, everyone’s attitude suddenly changed. I could literally hear them talking about me through the window to the cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I again politely asked if I needed to come inside for a refund since I used Apple Pay, and they told me there was “nothing they could do” and I had to “call online.” I ended up filing a complaint with corporate. Corporate called me back and confirmed that the store can issue refunds for mobile orders, even though this location told me the exact opposite. Only after the complaint did the manager suddenly decide he could refund me — but acted like he was doing me a favor, even though I never received the items at all. On top of that, when they finally handed me the rest of my order, my child’s meal and drink were missing, and I had to go back inside twice. Overall: rude, unprofessional, inconsistent information, and zero accountability. Corporate was more helpful than the store itself. This location needs serious customer service training.
