Whether it’s an issue with trying to place separate orders in the drive through, or an issue with the food, there’s ALWAYS something. My order this morning was just poorly done. My iced coffee didn’t have cream in it (which I pointed out before it was passed out the window) instead of remaking it properly they added cream to what was there and handed it out the window. It tasted like milk water with a whisper of flavoring. I didn’t go back because I always leave any interaction I’m forced to have with the manager there feeling belittled and condescended. She is unwilling to resolve any discrepancies within orders or otherwise without an attitude. Everything with this woman is an argument. I do my best to avoid this location PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN. My croissant was supposed to be toasted and the only reason the cheese on the BEC was even remotely melted was because the egg was warm. The ONLY person that can seem to get things right there in both customer service and prep is Natalie. She is an absolute delight and always takes care to make sure orders are correct.
