  Darren and his crew were great at getting my big order together. Darren went above and beyond and helped me take all the food I ordered out to my car. Thanks again!

  Absolutely the worst Wendy’s on the planet thanks to the manager Robert. On this visit at the drive thru window to pay we asked if this location offer’s military discount. The lady at this window taking payment called over the manager Robert and he looks at her and says “wow” and then looks over at us and stares with a look of disgust. Shortly after once we also realized we were missing part of our order we go inside the store. The young gentlemen cashier no issue rectified this for us. We also asked to speak to Robert because we wanted to have a chat about his disrespectful comment. Once we told him his comment was completely disrespectful (I’m currently active duty and my girlfriend is a Veteran and not to mention Savannah is home to the military) he got even more disrespectful. He tells us yea I said that and what are you going to do about it. Which we tell him again how unprofessional/disrespectful he is. We asked if he has served in the military and he says yes and we ask him what his issue is at that point. Clearly hasn’t served and clearly doesn’t need to be in a management position. He then tells us he will call the cops on us. Call the cops for what? Telling you about how disrespectful and unprofessional you are? I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience in a Wendy’s until this time. I’ll be sure to reach out to corporate and anyone else I need to have this clown removed from the store. Looking at the reviews over the past year from this store is not a surprise. Do better Wendy’s.

  They need a random health inspection. This place is nasty and absolutely none of them were wearing gloves. So disappointed.
