  It was my first time eating at TC and I ordered a recommendation via a co worker. It was missing items off of the flatbread and I was long gone and on my way to work which was 32 mins away so I couldn’t turn around as I’d be late. The smoothie wasn’t tasteful atall. Just wasted.

  Visited this location while in town for a soccer tournament (as we’ve done in previous years) Waited 30 minutes behind 2 cars in the drive through. Daughter ordered panini without the chicken, it is normally adjusted with additional tomatoes and cheese; we got a slop of pesto and one tomato. Girls working and their polite demeanor was the only positive even though they were obviously having hard shift with many issues persisting judging by all the food I saw returned in the window. Food was terrible, won’t be back.

  Well I use to love coming here, but its getting worst everytime I come. I always get my three cheese quesadilla well done (like crispy). Of course she didnt even enter that in the computer and then when I gave it back to get it cooked right they told me I had to pull around to the front and park. If she would of took the order right in the first place then maybe it would've been done right and I wouldn't of had to run late this morning and on top of everything else they had a hand written sign on the window saying "Card Only" I asked her about it and I said what if I give you the exact change and she said yes. But I think she should add to the sign saying or exact change.......

  Absolute worst service I ever had. If you are reading this go to the other tropical smoothie so hopefully they will close this one down or hire new employees.
