  Very dissatisfied. Probably wont be returning to this location. My daughter and I come to this location often and its normal to have the occasional hiccups but they have been recently messing up our order everytime. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwiches sub the cheddar for mozzarella, salt and vinegar chips and kiwi quenched smoothie. Our order was $30. They messed up our sandwiches,smoothies and gave us the wrong chips. Highly dissatisfied

  Could care less how long the wait was, more concerned with why our smoothies taste like mold? Using moldy ice? Or moldy fruit? I’m absolutely disgusted, I’ve never tasted our smoothies like this before, maybe they’re not washing the blenders and that’s the mold we all taste. Whatever it is, I’m so disappointed. Waste of our money

  every time i come here it takes genuinely 45 minutes to get one smoothie idk what yall are doing in there but this is supposed to be fast food please get it together

  This is the first time I have been horribly disappointed with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered the southwest breakfast wrap. I have provided a picture of what I received. Worst experience ever. 03/23/2026

  Finally gave up and started making smoothies at home. Surprisingly faster, definitely tastier and more consistent. This location comes down to poor management not holding their team accountable for customer service, speed, communication, or sense of urgency. I even had corporate go in there are few weeks ago and all it did was make them worse. Smh. This is what happens when you give lazy people leadership positions.
