The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!! I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. I get there around that time and there’s no mobile order spots open, but the app says I can go to a regular stall. I go the stall and press the button. I wait for 5 minutes and no one answers. By then a mobile order spots opens up, so I park there. I try to put my stall number in the app and it says it’s already taken. So I go inside. There’s a small crowd inside of other people waiting on mobile orders. Three people in front of me get their food. It takes 30 minutes before I am able to even speak to an employee about my order. And the whole time me and everyone else was waiting, none of the employees even acknowledged us or said they would be with us soon. When I tell the employee my name, they can’t find my order. They bring all the recent receipts up to the counter and have me look through them with them. They find my receipt and make my order. I finally get my food and my drinks, and they hand me both my drinks (a milkshake and a twisted flamingo) overfilled and actively leaking everywhere. I get to my car and try to clean it up. They gave me three napkins. After waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone I don’t want to go back in and ask for more napkins. They spilled my milkshake on the food bag and it was sticky and wet. I managed to clean up the twisted flamingo enough to put in a cup holder. I tried to clean up the milkshake and realized they didn’t put the lid on all the way. I try to put it back on, and milkshake started oozing everywhere due to it being overfilled. At this point I have no more napkins and I need to drive home. I get home and the milkshake has leaked all over the the cup holder and the floor. It took forever to clean up. The whole situation was very unprofessional. I don’t mind waiting a little longer if a place is understaffed, but 40 minutes for fast food is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, training issue, management issue, or all three, but this place needs to shut down until they can fix whatever the problem is.
There's no more riding on no skates but hey it still got the same 7o's vibes and the food still good. How can you beat it for a reasonable price?
I went To Sonic the other day I Got a Large Oreo Blast with cookie dough. First I was Given the ice cream with no Spoon (No Big deal)… I Get the Spoon a while Later.. noticed it’s only Like 10 Little Pieces of cookie dough Just sitting on top…So I say Hmmm?? So I start Mixing the cookie dough in and noticed there were No Black Particles (Oreo dust) so I Keep Moving the ice cream to find a Piece of an Oreo and there was None at all. Just a Large cup of Vanilla ice cream with a Little Bit of cookie dough on top. So I Take it Back to the cashier and Let her know that it’s no Oreos in it. She Swears She Put Oreos in it… I showed her that it’s none in there she said she Must’ve only Put a Little Bit in it… she then says she Gonna Give Me some Oreos.. I’m Expecting her to take My cup, add the Oreos, put it in the Mixer, then Give it Back. SHE WENT AND GOT A SMALL CUP OF OREOS AND HAD ME PUT IT N AND MIX IT MYSELF 😭😭😭💔💔💔. I was a Loyal customer until this Experience I will not Be Back
I am extremely disappointed in the experience we had at this location and feel this needs to be brought to the attention of corporate or ownership.
We placed an order totaling approximately $50 and were initially given only part of our food. After getting all the way home, we realized items were missing (onion rings and a drink), which required us to drive all the way back.
Mistakes happen. The real issue was how this situation was handled.
When we returned, nearly every employee we encountered was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue calmly and respectfully, we were met with negative attitudes and statements about not doing refunds before anyone even took the time to properly understand what was missing. The tone across the team made it seem as though we were the problem for simply asking to receive what we paid for.
We then waited approximately 20 minutes with little to no communication. After 10 minutes, I had to ask for an update myself.
When the manager eventually came out, she did apologize, which I appreciate. However, during that conversation, it became clear that there is a significant gap in team training and customer service standards. When I expressed concern about how the situation was handled, the response indicated a lack of awareness of how her team was interacting with customers in real time.
To be very clear: this is not about a missing item. It is about the level of professionalism, accountability, and customer care being demonstrated by the staff.
This location would strongly benefit from focused training in:
- Customer service and communication
- Accountability when errors occur
- Team professionalism and conduct during customer interactions
At one point, I even had to identify which employee’s behavior was the most inappropriate, which should never be necessary for a customer to do.
An apology after the fact does not correct a culture that appears dismissive toward customers. This experience reflects a deeper issue in how this location is being managed and how staff are being trained.
I hope this feedback reaches someone who is willing to address these concerns seriously, because based on this experience, there is a clear need for improvement.

I recently visited one of the Savannah locations and I'm deeply disappointed with my order. I used to come every morning for the same order but now in the past 2 months the food has been unsatisfactory. This morning I ordered #17 with extra bacon, tots, and route 44 sweet tea w/ vanilla syrup. Staff was nice but when I opened the food, (4 half pieces of bacon...a flat square sized egg....unmelted cheese), and when I tasted the tea I was so confused and upset that the tea was not strong enough with appropriate amount of sugar and vanilla syrup. When I used to come in the mornings the egg was folded not flat with whole pieces of bacon where you can see the bacon outside the bread, the cheese was melted, the sweet tea taste like Sweet tea. I don't know what happened but I'm highly disappointed with the food. I just gave to a homeless person and let them enjoy. I hope Sonics goes back to that quality of food soon.
