- ZZZoe4 days ago1.0I ordered pizza 2 and a half hours ago. Finally updates from being made to baking. Immediately says delivered I think okay app glitch. My pizza never showed up, no one’s stopped at my house and I looked around the yard just to be sure. In the last hour I’ve called TEN TIMES. No one will pick up the phone and I just keep getting left on hold. I am taking it up with corporate to get a full refund. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.
- GSGavin Schroen4 days ago1.0Absolute worst Papa John’s ever the employees were insanely rude, and the store looked very trashy and I could see bugs everywhere. The lady I was dealing with was very rude and condescending to me, she was not helpful at all and was very sassy to me. I ordered food online and she acted as if there was no food and showed no concern to the pizza. I ordered an hour and a half ago and had still not arrived. The employees need to be looked at and re-hiring needs to be done!

They use door dash who blames the store and the store blames door dash. The folks at the store provide call center level responsiveness. Would give them zero stars if that was possible.
- LMLee MorrellApr 1, 20261.0Put “leave at door” as delivery instructions and instead of doing so, driver banged on my door as loud as possible at 1 am, waking my roommate and setting off my two German shepherds. When asked why they responded “it didn’t say that”. Also forgot my Pepsi and breadsticks and never returned with them. So overpaid for what I got, and majorly inconvenienced the household.
