  It's a McDonalds so it's just food. But pretty fast and courteous.

  Tried the Big Arch, the taste was ok. At this location it was very sloppy, the bottom of the bun was covered with sauce. It took over 20 minutes to receive my meal. The french fries were hot, which is a plus but didn't make up for the wait time and sloppy burger.

  Most unprofessional establishment in savannah. If 0 was a possible rate I would give. Manager Crystal was ineptly rude and did not want to hand me my food. Waiting in the lobby for about 20-30 minutes for a Door Dash Delivery is insane and will never do it again. Has employees ordering food while on job and not very cleanly either. Just know to take my business elsewhere instead of dealing with a women playing a manager instead of doing her job. Very disappointed in the way she would talk to a customer and very poor description of customer service the way she carried herself.

  I've been coming to this McDonald's for a few years now and I must say the customer service here is always Great!. I'm writing today to thank Troy and Tasha for their excellent customer service! Doesn't matter what kind of morning I'm having when I interact with these two they always make my day better. Thank you both for your excellent customer service and making my day!
