  First, they like to close unexpectedly inside the shop just to chat and joke around, and they don’t follow their posted hours. Whenever I go, they NEVER have donuts available. I went to buy a dozen, and they literally gave me old ones, har, and cold from the fridge. I basically wasted my money. And the customer service is terrible. They seriously need to hire better employees.

  This has got to be the worst location ever. They have gone down over the years so I try to make my order simple since I know what I’m working with (either half dozen glaze or a dozen glaze) and I don’t expect them to be hot because they never are. But I ordered a dozen glaze and they repeated back a few times my order correctly. Thank god I checked the box because it was a half dozen glaze half dozen chocolate. Like the lobby is always closed and Then the drive thru staff saying in front of customers how they can’t keep up with orders and want to close early. At this point I come out better driving from the south side to Pooler for some doughnuts.

  This is my fifth time coming to the same Krispy Kreme doughnut because it’s the only one we have here in Savannah and they don’t have anything. How can you not be stocked with any of your stuff? It’s ridiculous. I ordered a cake doughnut. Their cake machine was down. It’s 8 o’clock no hot donuts. I ordered a frozen latte they didn’t have any ice ridiculous at Best

  After going to Kk at Tanger yesterday and being disappointed we tried this 1 today. You could only get original and cream filled,ALL seasonal doughnuts were sold out. It was only 3 pm and they close at 8. It seems ridiculous to me that there are 2 KK in a 15 mile radius and you can not get seasonal specials at either place. Disappointed is an understatement. I'd like to also add that although they do have a lobby it is closed so this location is drive thru only

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. When we arrived, the staff actually locked the door right in front of us and seemed to think it was funny, which felt very unprofessional. We then tried the drive-thru, but there was a cone blocking the speaker, so we had to pull all the way up to the window. To make matters worse, even though the “hot” sign was on, we were given donuts that tasted like they were from the night before. Overall, the service and quality were very disappointing. I would not recommend this location.
