  How about you let people who want to go through self checkout go through self checkout? Cashier made me go through her line and she was awful and I had to rebag my groceries anyway. Come on!

  I'll start with the positives... It is conveniently located close to my home. Fair prices. Typically clean and well stocked. However - the store is lacking greatly when it comes to customer service. It is hard to find someone willing to help you if you have a question. I visited customer service on 4/17 and was told they were on break and no one else could help me. Cashiers may not greet you. This same day the cashier was more focused on having personal conversations and giving out her phone number. This store LOVES to create their own signs... to close an entrance at 7pm, no one is available for 30 minutes at Customer Service, to label self check-out lanes as 20 items or less and without a cart, to only have one cashier lane open but it is labeled as 12 items or less... Where do you go if you have 30 items? That is a question I have to ask myself every time I visit. If you want customer service - go elsewhere! If you want check-out to be simple - go elsewhere!

  Not a bad location. Missing some things that I can usually find at other food lions and I couldn't find a kiosk to load the coupons to my account. Also had a really weird sour smell, like a bunch of fruit had sat rotting somewhere. It was throughout the store though so really not sure what it was, lol. Decent selection at hot food bar. Employees all seemed pretty polite but they could have had more than one checkout lane open.

  I love that its a smaller location, convenient, great selection of items, hot food at lunch time, you can get in and out.

  Every time I go here for groceries I have a great experience. The prices are very affordable. The employees are helpful, especially the cashiers. It is always well stocked and clean.
