At 12:50 told me they were closing and the person with the headset on said they didn’t tell you we were closed. Can’t believe this place

- SHSimone HunterNov 10, 20251.0not honoring the ~fast~ in fast food restaurant. the mobile app is supposed to be convenient, but it doesn’t work if there’s no service to “check-in” to pick up your order. i told the computer at the first stop of the drive thru i was picking up a mobile order + it said it told the crew members. after 15 min waiting to pull up to the window, an employee told me they hadn’t seen my order check in. so i had to wait another 15 min on the curb to get my food. v disappointed… never coming back to this location :(

My chicken nuggets were cold and I was given spicy nuggets instead of plain. My fries were cold, burnt, and unsalted. Not the best service either. Would not recommend.

They must be standing around talking and socializing, instead of serving customers. Avoid this Wendy at all cost unless you have an hour too to wait for your food. They need to take the name fast food out of there logo! Replace with slow or no food!
