Lobby/counter was blocked by several other waiting customers, and no attempt at taking an order was made until they cleared some of those people out. Counter worker was not interested and barely responded during order for a plain sandwich meal. Had to wait almost 15 minutes after paying to receive order, and the sandwich was wrong, fries had no salt and tasted old, frosty was sloppily prepared and half-filled. Skip this Wendy’s in particular, unless starvation is imminent.

Everything we ordered was prepared as requested and it was fresh. Oh, and let me just say… why are their chicken tenders legit? While McDonald’s tastes 3D, Wendy’s tastes better than some restaurants I’ve had them at. The ladies in the drive thru were great, customer service was on point and the night was a night.
