A kid opens the back door with a bag of trash in one hand, phone in the other, head down. Throws trash in the dumpster, walks back, head still in his phone. I call over ywice to get his attention. He says *We closed. What ever happened to these fast food restaurants? They have ALL become VERY SLOW, and the customer is just someone to ignore. Whoever owns/manages this joint should 1. update the hours on google 2. Pay these kids enough, staff the restaurant properly and then teach them customer service and hold them acountable to a reasonable standard.

- BDBass DoughnutOct 9, 20251.0I asked for spicy chicken sandwich with two large drinks. when I saw no straws were given to me I went to go ask for a straw and the employees said there was some in the bag in witch there just wasn’t any in the bag, when I went to go “enjoy” my meal I find out the chicken was undercooked and tasted old this place giving people food poisoning. Find a different Wendy’s. 🤦♂️
