When you're crappy meat patty l(if that's what you can call it) lays in a metal tray hours before you roll up, that's bad. That's why they call it drive-thru. They know you won't turn around during rush hour to drive back and complain. They simply don't care. The $20 bill would have tasted better than what they served. At least I would have gotten my calorie count.

I came in the drive thru this saturday around 3:30. I waited for a long time at the speaker with ZERO cars in line, and once they finally talked to me they made ordering difficult, they made paying difficult, and they acted like I was the problem for wanting a hamburger. If you don’t want people to come to your restaurant just say that, don’t waste my time. And to the reader, don’t waste your time on this place. The Mcdonald’s near by is so much better and the employees have basic respect for their customers.

I noticed when my card was out of view so was her cell phone. I have a horrible feeling she may have taken a picture of my card. Im requesting a new card. No way she should be holding a cellphone while in possession of a customers credit card.
