    This place is trash, they either screw up my order every time, or it takes 30+ minutes for an online order when there is nobody in line or waiting on their order. The one time I asked for a refund for a screwed up order, I got the runaround for over a month before I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The last order they messed up, instead of bacon, they added scrambled eggs (to a chicken sandwich) and a the brownest piece of avocado ai have ever seen. This place needs new management

    I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for a long time, but I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated over the past month. I was involved in a car accident in their parking lot, and a manager kindly informed me that the incident was captured on their security cameras. She even replayed the footage and told me I would need to contact the district manager to request access. Since then, I have emailed the district manager three times and followed up with a phone call through another manager, who told me I should be hearing back soon. It has now been a month, and I still haven’t received any response. At this point, I feel ignored and strung along. If the answer was simply “no, we can’t provide the footage,” they could have communicated that from the beginning. Because of the lack of communication, I’ve had to delay updates to my insurance claim, hoping for footage that I now realize I may never receive. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a loyal customer. Clear communication would have gone a long way.

    Place is just absolutely garbage. Smoothies over priced and taste like water downed and cheap. $15 for two smoothies. Should be a crime. 10/10 don’t recommend, smoothie king is where it’s at.
