- AMAbdy MusaFeb 21, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The customer service was very poor and the whole process felt very unorganized. When I pulled up I gave the lady at the window my order name. After waiting about 25 minutes the same employee came back and asked me for my order name again. Then about five minutes later another employee asked me for it again. It honestly felt messy and frustrating, and it made the wait much longer than it should have.
