We hit The Shrimp Factory every time we visit Savannah, and it’s always on point. Our most recent visit was no different. Food was delicious, service was prompt, and our waitress—Dani—was wonderful! So kind and attentive. She leveled up our experience. Strongly recommend!

Our server recommended (after we’d asked her opinion) the hush puppies with pimento cheese-ok, we’ve never tasted pimento cheese EVER and the whole combo was fantastic. We also ordered the shrimp and grits-yes cliché, but they were delicious. Creamy and buttery with so much shrimp!! I literally couldn’t finish the bowl-and believe me I wanted to.

I didn't know when I came to this Restaurant I would have to be rolled out. 🤣
The food was so good. I didn't know if I could walk afterwards. I had the shrimp burger and my husband had the shrimp tacos and they were both delicious. For dessert we had the peach cobbler with ice cream. Everything was delicious, but the best part of the whole experience was our waitress, Kimberly. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just added to the overall experience.

My group and I recently visited The Shrimp Factory in Savannah with a large party, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, Colin and Liz made us feel completely welcomed and taken care of.
Managing a large group is never easy, but Colin and Liz handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine warmth. They were incredibly organized, made sure our seating was comfortable, and kept the entire table running smoothly from start to finish. No one ever felt overlooked or forgotten — drinks stayed filled, food came out efficiently, and every special request was handled quickly and with a smile.
Their knowledge of the menu was impressive. They gave great recommendations, explained specials clearly, and made sure everyone felt confident in their choices. The timing of the courses was perfect, even with the size of our party, and everything arrived hot and fresh. It was clear they were communicating well behind the scenes to ensure everything went seamlessly.
What truly stood out, though, was their attitude. Colin and Liz were upbeat, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great time. They checked in consistently without hovering, kept the energy positive, and made our celebration feel special. With a big group, it’s easy for service to feel rushed or chaotic — but they made it feel effortless.
If you’re dining at The Shrimp Factory, especially with a large party, you’ll be in the best hands with Colin and Liz. Their teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding customer service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. Five stars all the way — we’ll absolutely be back because of them!

We made a reservation as we were in town with a large group of people we arrived in the restaurant was empty and we were told they would not set us because we all were not here.
We were the only people other than the staff in the building until our food was on the table that we ordered.
Rude manager said our kids could not sit by us because he had too much going on. Said the table was dirty…
Bartender didn’t want to take an order for a drink.
It was overall the worst experience and we should have ordered pizza and had a great time in the lobby. They charge 3% for using a credit card and I know rates are lower than this. I would say bring cash but it’s harder to dispute a cash transaction.
Caesar salad should be labeled as lettuce with dressing on the side. Oysters were buried in cheese and spinach which was hard to swallow. Hey thought it was a good idea but when the best thing was pasta from
A box to a pot of water maybe choose a different experience.
They have seating which isn’t as oddly to expect now after visiting.
Hope this find out helpful to future diners.
