If y’all employees don’t want to work with pleasant attitudes towards customers especially in drive thru. LET THEM GO.

First, we walked in and right away they were literally fighting with an old man who was trying to pay for his food at the counter. The customer was being rude but the lady behind the counter was being more rude and harsh to him. Everything calmed down and we got our food. My chalupa was stale so I asked for them to be remade and I was met with hostility and eye rolls. They snatched the stale chalupas out of my hand and threw them aggressively into the trash. When I got my chalupa it was fine but the cinnamon twists were outrageously horrible. No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I understand they were short staffed but they only had us in there and no other orders so I’m not sure what was going on. Needless to say, we will not return to this establishment. Do better staff and Taco Bell.
