After about 25+ minutes we were made aware that their fry machine was “down.” After our food has been sitting on the counter 15-20 minutes. Not sure where the logic in having us sit there while it was being “worked” on, even tho you can see into the back. I wouldn’t say cutting up and random screaming is working on it, but to each their own. I finally just ask for it to be taken off. After sitting as our other food had gotten cold. No toher acccomdiation was made. No customer service skills at all. Oh and no ice, would be nice if there was a sign or something to let the guest know beforehand.
