The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I like it. Kenneth went above and beyond with great customer service friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and make customers feel appreciated. This will definitely be my go-to Subway in Savannah!

I ordered through DoorDash and got a sandwich and two cookies. The sandwich was already wrong, but then they sent me a completely frozen footlong cookie as if I’m supposed to know how to bake it myself. When I called the store, the manager denied everything and even said, “my store doesn’t sell footlong cookies.” I asked him if Subway has ever sold a frozen cookie to a customer, and he still said no. That makes no sense because I was literally holding one. I love Subway, but after this experience I will never order from this location again.
