It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and make customers feel appreciated. This will definitely be my go-to Subway in Savannah!

I ordered through DoorDash and got a sandwich and two cookies. The sandwich was already wrong, but then they sent me a completely frozen footlong cookie as if I’m supposed to know how to bake it myself. When I called the store, the manager denied everything and even said, “my store doesn’t sell footlong cookies.” I asked him if Subway has ever sold a frozen cookie to a customer, and he still said no. That makes no sense because I was literally holding one. I love Subway, but after this experience I will never order from this location again.
