Today, they were out of pickles and fresh bread; they had completely run out of everything except chicken salad a few days ago. The line was backed up to the door because the lady who works there was talking everyone's head off. It was so bad that people were leaving because of how long she took playing around with everyone who stepped up to the counter. I hate to say it, but I doubt they will continue to be in business for long if they don't undertake a complete overhaul of every aspect of the store.
