Place is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order on the SUBWAY APP for delivery, gave me this location sent me to door dash for delivery which is fine. Until I get call from the door dash saying they refuse to make my order. Lady then gets on the phone to say she doesn’t have my order ( that I paid for?? That I have proof of, that the man doodashing has proof of ) so they won’t be making it just for them to then go and CANCEL THE ORDER SHE “DIDN’T HAVE” just say you don’t wanna work!! SMH.

I placed an online order at 6:20pm, arrived at store at 7:00pm. I asked for my order, they didn't even check the online orders, so my sandwich wasn't ready. 1 person was making a sandwich, while talking on the phone, and the other person was stacking chips on the shelves. I asked for my sandwich to be made, but was told, "I'm stacking chips now please wait a minute." I explained that filling orders can wait, so you can satisfy customers first, and stacking chips can wait. I was told no it doesn't.
They didn't have all the ingredients for my sandwich, so at this point I asked for a refund, but was told by both employees, they dont know how to cancel an order.
I was left with no choice of having to take this order, without the ingredients I asked for, after having to wait in the store another 20 minutes until chips were stacked on shelf, and also the employees aren't even trained on how to cancel an order.
That will be my last time at this subway location, customer service is terrible, and employee training on how to use POS to cancel orders doesn't even happen.
Worst experience.
Again today, February 21, 2026, I placed an order on the app at 11:45am, I arrived at 12:15pm and my sandwich was not even prepared yet. So once again, the store isn't checking for online orders, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my sandwich to be made. When I did receive sandwich it looked terrible. The sauce was all over the place, and the paper around sandwich was dirty and with something burnt onto it.
Further if you place an online order with the app, there is no way to cancel the order and ask for a refund. So you'll just have to be happy with how long orders take and get whatever they give you, since you can't ask for a refund in the store or on mobile app.
Also I sent a email to Subway customer service, and they never replied.
I think I'll just go to Baldinos from now on

I pulled into the parking area and immediately noticed a woman with white seashells in her hair in a subway uniform smoking outside with a man it took me roughly 20 minutes to complete my tasks while in the parking area before entering the facility upon entering the store, I was followed by the woman in the uniform. My first request was a steak and cheese, sub foot-long on white bread I was informed almost immediately that there was no stake for my sandwich option in addition to that the bread that was chosen from the oven seem to be extremely pale in color and upon being opened by the technician, the bread was extremely undercooked, and soft dough was attempted to be removed from the center after noticing this very disappointing situation, I requested another more visibly pleasant option for bread. My next request was tuna with American cheese upon making my sandwich. My options were limited due to the obvious lack of choices in the trays. My options for toppings were lettuce, tomato, onion, and black olives. I was informed that there were no tomatoes and no onions. Therefore, I would not be able to have them as an option to be added to my sandwich. Once I unwrapped my sandwich to begin my consumption, I noticed immediately that my only option for bread was a stale one. One of my top choices for Subway being an option is their delicious bread when cooked properly so to say the least, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and having used this location on multiple occasions, I am extremely disappointed my biggest upset is that while I was in the parking lot there was a well allotted amount of time for any employee to have all of the options available as I didn’t see a single customer enter the facility until myself. Not to mention the loud obnoxious gangster music that was playing in the background while being served!

I walked up to the door at 12:30 on 1/13 and it was locked despite people being served inside. They guy left and said that the employee didn’t wanna serve me bc it was just him alone and he was tired. The employee then went out to my car and tried to tell me he was the only one there and that’s why he didn’t serve me. I went next door for food instead and when I walked back he was serving someone else! Unbelievable that we’re refusing service now in 2026. He also refused two men who tried to enter. I’ll never go here again I can’t believe that behavior. I’ve never been treated like that before and I’ve worked at sub shops before and never locked the door on anyone because I was overwhelmed or tired. Don’t work then!
