  This place just doesn’t get it. $15 for stale bread a foot long with about 9-10 inches of skimpy sandwich inside. No such thing as a “sandwich artist” here. Consistently I’ve gotten poor value for my money.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a 12-inch steak sub, but the employee put very little steak, the same amount you’d expect in a 6-inch, even though it was clearly a footlong. The bread was full-size, but the portion of meat was not. I paid full price for a 12-inch and did not get what I paid for. Portions should be consistent and fair. This felt misleading and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back if this is how orders are handled.
