Unsanitary. Had a man eat a sandwich literally while fixing me a box of cookies . The lady at the register stood in front of me on her phone completely ignoring me which is what prompted the man to pack my cookies . Service is terrible as well.

The worst subway I have ever been to. The customer service was down right awful. They were out of cheese several options of bread and tea among other items. Thier computer was down when I walked in and they did not tell me until I was ready to check out and pay. Highly recommend going to Jersey Mikes on Whitemarsh. I had to write this review because the employee/food items blew my mind that a world wide cooperation would allow that to go on at one of there locations.

10/31 at 1pm. 3-4 in line. Two workers, male and female are extremely slow. I finally was up to order and she decides to empty the baked bread and reload it….slowly. Based on my 30 minutes total being there for 2 foot long subs to take out, there was more bread than they’d ever need. Anyway, after asking why they don’t serve the customer first, they slightly increased their pace. I will not be back. Suspicious characters came and went, one looking for a homeless person, I assume the same mentioned in older reviews. I did tip 15% because one apologized for my wait.

I order it this Subway all the time and normally don't have an issue since new owners have taken over there. Have been new employees. I went in today to pick up my online order. The guy behind the counter was eating a sub. On the cutting board with the toppings bar open When I asked about my online order, I was just told we aint got lettuce. So I asked for a refund, they told me I had to do it on the app. And you can't do it on the app. I'm very disappointed in how this subway has gone downhill.

Once again, Subway on Wilmington Island, GA has changed management. Our family has been regulars for many years with positive outcomes. Today was, well, our last. Upon arriving on a Wednesday afternoon to a near empty establishment, we were advised they had no wheat or white bread, no ice tea (sweet & unsweet), no Dr. Pepper, dwindling selection of chips, and an unapologetic manager who was totally disinterested in my patronage. The only excuse given was "we don't have it." The young man making our sandwiches was very kind and worked as quickly as he could as a line was forming behind us. No other staff were seen until I went to pay. The NEW manager abruptly appeared from the back to check me out. The young man went back to making sandwiches for the next person. Coupons that had been accepted for years (even recently expired ones) were turned away. Staff shortages have been a problem for most businesses, and Subway is not immune. I wish them well, but we will be driving a little further to Jersey Mike's where supplies and inventory aren't a problem. Along with a smile and a dose of friendliness, too.
