  Placed an online order, showed up at the time listed on email confirmation. Was told it was still at 20-30min wait for food. Asked for a refund. Was then told they’ll take my name and number and do refunds at the end of the day.

  Visited on the way out of town to grab bagels for the road. Waited over 40 minutes for two bagels with spread. You can get in and out of a diner quicker. Overpriced for what it is and would not recommend to anyone or return myself.

  I have been coming here one Sunday a month since moving to Savannah because I love these bagels! However, I will not be returning because their sanitary conditions are not up to par. I am not someone who struggles with issues revolving dairy or smoked/raw seafood and that’s how I know it’s gotten bad. I LOVE their salmon and lox bagel but the past two times I’ve gone either me or my boyfriend have gotten sick. Not sure if it’s the excessive cream cheese on the bagels (again, I’m not someone who has issues with dairy) or if health precautions aren’t being followed when dealing with the smoked salmon. Anyway, it’s very disappointing because although these bagels are scrumptious, I cannot be wondering whether I will get sick after consuming. My business will be taken to Rocky’s over in Sandfly!!! I advise you all to do the same!!

  While the food was tasty, I spent almost 1 hour waiting for two bagels with cream cheese. The staff was working hard, but that’s way too long to wait for a bagel. They should tell people how long to expect before you order.

  Been here multiple times. Most of the time this place is awesome. There is usually a pretty long wait if you order in store, but that’s absolutely understandable since it’s a busy place. Weekends can get pretty hectic here. Order ahead of time if you’re in a rush. Also check your sandwiches before you leave. I had the Club(which is very tasty) last time and it was ice cold. I definitely asked for it toasted. Even the bagel was cold which is strange because I figured that would at least be room temperature. Anyways, if you have the time to wait 30 minutes for an egg and cheese on a bagel and then have the time to go home and put in the microwave and toast the bagel, than this is the place for you.
