When I received my drive through order a smash burger and fries, the fries were hard as rock. They appeared to be old fries recooked. It took 20 minutes for my order. The burger was just slapped together. I got a hot mess. The staff was not friendly either. No customer service. Very disappointed.

Sat at the booth for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Finally decided to go through the drive through waited at the speaker for at least another 20 minutes while the guy said "please hold real quick," "hold on just a moment" and "give me one second" after we would check in to see if anyone was still there. (The last time we checked in there was nobody in line in front of us, not even at the window.) Once we finally did get our order taken there was no apology and it took 5 minutes before someone came to the window for us to pay and then another 5 minutes before we actually got our food. They guy was friendly but it looked like he was the only person there. I suggest management hire and schedule more people on shift or pay these people more so that they actually feel like doing their jobs.

Common courtesy is lacking in this store. I stood at the counter for five minutes and one employee walked by me and never said a word. Not “welcome” not “we’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. Finally after 10 minutes a young lady showed up to take my order.

As a dedicated fan of Sonic, I've always admired the brand for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. However, my recent experience at the Sonic located at 11780 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, was surprisingly unsettling. During my visit, I interacted with Sam, the manager, and her behavior was far from what I have come to expect from Sonic's standard. Her rudeness and raised voice made me quite uncomfortable and left me questioning whether she fits the role of a customer service representative. The experience was disappointing, particularly because I've always had positive experiences with Sonic until now. I have decided not to return to this particular location, as I don't want to risk another encounter with Sam. Her unkind demeanor and disrespectful tone were disheartening and made me feel out of place in what used to be one of my favorite spots for ice cream. It's unfortunate that I will now have to seek out a different Sonic location, even if it's a bit further away, just to avoid another interaction like this.

Ordered large fries and tater tots and got small. And they were cold. The hotdogs were not done. Went thru the drive thru and the ladies were nice. I only live 4 minutes from there. Food shouldn't have been that cold. This place has really gone downhill. I wonder if the franchise owner really cares anymore?! It's a shame cause they used to have good hotdogs. Also the onions were old. I ended up throwing the whole thing out.
