After I was seated and given a menu, I waited for some time for a waitress or a waiter finally asked the lady cleaning the tables if she could procure a waitress for me. The young lady was very sweet, but not very attentive. When my ticket was brought, I paid with cash. I did not receive all of my change back. Her tip reflected that. Please management.Take time to speak with your servers and ask them to pay attention to your customers. Most of the staff were congregated at a table on their phones. I was there between 2:45 pm and 3:30.pm. there were four other tables being served.Besides mine, it was not busy, hence, I do not understand the lack of attention. Thank you

Our waitress Tatiana, never once asked if we needed drink refills and when I asked her for a refill she acted as though we were bothering her. She sat at a table on her cell phone most of the time, and never got up to ask if we needed anything.

Service was alright. The waiter gave us time to order but he did not come back to check on us after the food was delivered, until we asked for the bill. I also saw that as new customers arrived, they were served bread. But we didn't receive any. Other then that, I would come back for the food for sure. I had the baby churrasco with rice and beans. The vinegar salsa that it was served with was a great addition. Meat was tender. Portion was on point. A nice place to check out.
