  They never have anything ready. How can it be express when everything they offer they always saying its gonna be 15 minutes or more or that they are out. Went in today and they said all they had was pasta. SMH. It's a shame because the personal pan pizzas are really good they just dont have them but like 1 out of 10 visits

  Pizza Hut at lunch time has no pizza? Stopped in to get a quick bite between jobs. Ask for a plain pizza and instead of going on to make it she proceeds to tell me there is no pizza? Asked for a cherry slushie and instead of telling me there is no cherry slushee she hands me a watermelon slushee. What a waste of my time. She acted as if life was bitter and she hated being there - QUIT THEN! You should not be in the service business if you’re not a people person,,,, miserable girl! And insult to my day, as I’m walking out from getting a snack in target - there are pizzas on the line? Was it me? Or was she just not wanting to serve a customer?!

  I just placed an order to pick up on my lunch break for the new pizza melt and when I went to bite into, it was hard as a rock. I called the store and was asked if I wanted it to be remade like I have the time or want to waste the energy to drive all the way back up there for something that was inedible and should have never been served to me in the first place. I was also told it couldn’t be delivered because there was not one driver. Completely unacceptable.
