Since the order was made I have been trying to contact the store to ask if a small dietary change was permitted as it was not allowed to be made online, call center guy tells me the store will call me as I have been 1.5 hours trying to reach them on the infinite loop of “well connect you to the store” and end up back on the call center!. They never called, I can’t say if the service is good or not because I was never able to talk to the store…

Which, she then goes back and grabs what looks like my order after I said what i got. Then i get home and see they gave me the wrong type of wings (a type that i will not eat either) and when i try to call, there is no phone at the store to talk to anyone. The call center on the phone just offers to give me the number to corporate because whoever can help me isnt able to talk on the phone even after i waited 40 minutes on hold. Terrible service to handle these things. I'm also not close to the store to just drive back for a refund. The pizza is just okay anyway. Will not be coming back.

I ordered at 3:12 was told I would have it at 3:40 after been given three different times that it would arrive I finally got it at around 5:30. Food was completely cold so I had to warm it up in the microwave. When I try to file a complaint I was conveniently disconnected a couple times from the chat. I called customer service only to be transferred to a line that never stops ringing. Very disappointed with with my experience all the way around. You don't even deserve the one star.
